Conquer your Challenges Round 2
October 29, 2011
Today is all about a simple WOD, leaving you with energy and time to work on elements to help you meet the specific training goals you have set. Ask your coaches for tips, tricks and technical coaching.
5 Rounds for time:
15 pull ups
20 slam balls
30 sit ups
For those of you following our CrossFit Endurance programme, in your own time:
Time Trial
5km max effort

“CrossFit is about taking challenges head on and smashing it out of the stadium. Since I started CrossFit, I have more ENERGY and make better decisions through a stronger & fitter body and mind…” John

Conquer your challenges part II… awesome job to everyone who attended!! You are moving closer and closer to hitting those goals every time I see you!!
Massive achievements of the day include:
Harry – Achieved his goal of 100kg Back Squat (twice!)
John – Succeeded in getting his 90kg Power Clean (twice!)
Craig – Deadlifted a massive 170kg
Remember to tick off your goal from your goal sheet and add a new one to go for!!! There are several other people I have noticed that are only moments away from achieving their goals too, so I will see you next Saturday for another awe-inspiring session. (I know there is at least one more first muscle-up on its way….!)
Great work today guys!
First work out for me from the Grampians.
20min run not sure of distance
100 push up & 100 squats for time
6:21
Lots of campers looking at me like a weirdo while doing the squats.
And seen a massive kangaroo while running.
Good workout Adam!! Don’t worry about the weird looks… one more WOD and you’ll just become “that Fitness Guy…”
