Brad – CFE – 0.40, 0.41, 0.35, 0.36, 0.34, 0.33, 0.32, 0.34, 0.33, 0.31.
Considering the massive mental hurdle that running is for me, that on the first interval I dropped and lost my house keys and on the second and third intervals I was chased by two unassociated rebel dog gangs, can we all please agree I did well to participate and complete 4 intervals and that I will do even better next time?

Good stuff Penny – also remember to work on your running technique – high cadence, good body position and leaning forward from the ankles.
