Well done this morning to Jon for a massive PR and also to Simon for posting some solid numbers.
All the great programming and squat work is paying off with a 10kg PR on the BS, just need to get back into the deads. I see some extra curricular deadlifting (at night given the gravitational variation in my favour) in the future.
