  2. Somehow I am less sore now than I was before we started which is good.
    Cash Out – 2:42

  3. Deadlift – 80kg (with bar)
    Cashout – 1.54

  4. I got worried cos I was sore in one arm straight away… but then I remembered it was from carrying very heavy shopping bags yesterday. So far so good, my first session was not too frightening!

    Cashout – same as Penny: 2:42 but I didn’t do the bonus extras she did…

    Now I just gotta get used to this getting up early thing…

  5. Deadlift – 5′s up to 160kg then did a single at 180kg.
    Cashout – 1:34
